They are slipping out of time within time. And that regen scene is just SO FUCKING CONFIRMING MY BRAIN THEORIES. HAHAHAHAHA

Conclusion? ~~dinosaurs~~ We're in for one of the best fucking DW seasons ever. Moffat excels at the paradoxical brainfucks and true consequences of time travel and he is bringing them in spades
