Ok, so I'm letting rip with my theories on Parting of the Ways before the BAFTA spoilers splurge everywhere and the ep screens, just so I can swank about and prove it if any of my theories are correct :P

The big bad? != Davros. Or Adam. OR fucking Mickey. No. No. NO. FUCK no. Personally, I'm thinking we'll see some huge mutated part-human, part dalek gestalt thing that's a wee bit insane. I'll admit ,I've been watching some of the Daily Trailers - and the whole bit about "Dalek God" sounds very un-dalek.
The watcher that's been referenced in teh credits? != Baker/Davison watcher! NO! *smack* OCCAMS RAZOR YOUR ASSES! IT's a goddamn TELEVISION STATION. Ever think The Watcher is someone sitting on Earth WATCHING the shit as it hits the fan?

torasin and I had...I think it's related to the TARDIS. They make several references to the TARDIS being alive, to it taking control if needed, and how it can get into your brain and change your mind. Translate.
So what's to stop it from making you see "Bad Wolf" where there are other words?
Now the TARDIS herself may not be the catalyst, but we know the Controller had to have some in with her to get in and take out the crew to hide them in the games. What if the TARDIS has been speaking to the Controller, or something similar the entire time, and dropping the hints about? Or if the TARDIS has been doing some retconning of her own - she lives within the vortex, and is outside of time. Perhaps we'll find out someone's been communicating with her the entire time, or she / someone in contact with her tries to warn them after the fact.
Hmm. Some people have postulated that the Daleks are taking the losers from the Games and making them into Daleks. We know they can do it, we've seen it in Revelation of the Daleks. But...in Dalek, they make it a point to hammer home very hard that the Daleks are big on Racial Purity. Capital letters. So..if they are using humans, they've either changed an aeons old stance...or they're really going to be fucking crazy.
Which would make sense of the teasers "Worship him! Worship him!".
Fuck me, a shitload of insane daleks on a Jihad.
And Jack in leather pants.
