hrmm...
In Doctor Who, all TARDIS' have a built in failsafe to ensure that they always return to 'current time', so no time lord knows the future of Gallifrey, nor can interfere in the past.
This, one would assume, is a Big Thing(tm)
But in the 20th anniversary special (The Five Doctors), which is set on Gallifrey itself - they had five incarnations of the Doctor
So either they had four who were from the future, or four who saw the future. (ok, ok, three, seeing as the fourth was trapped in the vortex with Romana)
Now, based on evidence and insistence that the Doctor assume his position as President of Gallifrey, the episode is located, time-wise after the fourth doctor episode "The Deadly Assasin" where he becomes the 407th president of Gallifrey....
So at the very LEAST we've got the first three Doctors viewing Gallifrey's future - And possibly the fifth from the future interfering in the past!
I am such a geek :D
