Random faffings
Aug. 7th, 2006 05:29 am* Have to make another vet appointment for Fiskas. She's starting to lose weight again nad the hypergrooming is starting to get out of control. :( I'm not giving up on her yet, dammit she's got quite a long while left in her life and I'm determined she's going to enjoy it. Even if I have to hand feed her caviar and bathe her fifteen times a day.
* Supervolcano - dear god is that movie full of cliches. The Beeb really like sitting on their American stereotypes. But things go boom as nature unleashes her fury in a fairly impressive way, so I'm happy :D And that static overlay between scene changes may be supposed to be artistic, but god damn it shits me. Still, it's better than Volcano.
* Alien Nation on the other hand, still rocks :D :D
* I have some very nasty suspicions about the militarisation of Atlantis. I really hope it doesn't happen, but my theory just gets confirmed with each passing ep. Which of course sucks ARSE because the best thing about Atlantis is that the geeks rule supreme. I've wanked in regards to this on a friend's lj, it doesn't really bear repeating. I just hope I'm wrong :(
(and that aside, may I just say HAPPYSMILEYFACEBOXERS :D :D)

torasin and I have been vaguely making lists and collections of housey stuffs. If we can get it sorted, then we don't have to worry about it later. Cue mad panicky excitement.
* People are weird. Seriously. the hell? Someone comes out of the blue randomly comments on a random entry on my LJ with random garbage, and I'm rude for wanting to know who the fuck they are? Babe, that's nothing compared to how rude I can be...
