Yes. The storm has kicked in Knocked off some of larger pieces today, did the clearing and then lo, did the sky break open JUDGEMENT FUCKING DAY UNLEASH.

It's been expected, with the hot, muggy weather of late, but holy shit. We actually got enough rain coming down to snap the goddamn shade in the back yard from the sheer weight. (got to repair that tomorrow, tsk, another pesky task)

But still, I am somewhat pleased. Why? Because this storm was forecast for tomorrow night.

Tonight it hailed

Even though it interrupted me in the middle of a particularly hilarious favourite bit of watching during an ep (Gothie: "Mooo"), it means the chances for a fucking insane thunderstorm tomorrow night during the party are...low.
