Con Con con

Was an utter hoot. It was worth the price of admission just to see Keating's reaction when I brought up that Sherlock Holmes film. Or to see him skipping along the stage singing "You fucked it up!" in a high pitched girly voice. Or the fact I got to give him endless reams of shit over his accent in Species. And he is apparently (and I believe it after half the fbombs he dropped onstage) "The Gordon Ramsey of Star Trek"

Explains why there's very little footage of him in the official blooper reels *snerk*

Would definitely go to see him at a con again, he's lively, engaging, and cheeky as fuck, the bra-snapping little bugger :D

McGann was...very sedate, very stoned and holy shit he looks like DK now. Seriously. You'd think they were fucking twins (photographic proof to come if bitterhaze wants to share, failing that I'll scan my photohoots) And shortly after sitting down went "fuck...I just realised. I've been the Doctor the longest, haven't i? It literally just occurred to me. o.o " He's also a lot shorter than I thought. Seriously. He's about an inch shorter than me. Admittedly I'm not exactly a small woman, but hehehee it was the con of the dwarves.


Merch was blah (although I did score a LISA!) but as it was a smaller con there was plenty of snark to be had, and smartarsed commentary abounded. And holy shit it was fucking funny to see how fast the auditorium cleared once the telemovie came on.

And I was good, and didn't fling myself on the stage.
