ack, I had that horrifically for years, along with chest infections, asthma, motion sickness, and a cough I couldn't shake. We eventually found out it was a milk allergy. I switched to skim and havent' had a problem since o.o
Swimming is good therapy. Helps me a lot with my dystrophy. (aren't we all just a bunch o' cripples? :P)
I live in Chadstone. Just follow the loud music, hysterical laughter and fleeing neighbours. Although my other half and I are half-arsedly planning on going to the UK sometime this year...
