taleyaOnion goes in for emergency surgery today.
There's another lump - this one has situated itself over an artery in her throat.
Removing it could kill her. It's delicate surgery, she's old.
Leaving it where it is will kill her.
I'm hoping to get it taken care of today. Either way, I will be picking her up a little later on. My leave will either be spent happily nursing Onion...or mourning her.
