Two eps - the finger-on-chin, dancing Chekov is from I, Mudd (increasingly insane behaviour to overload the logic circuits on an android guard) and the Kirk/Spock fandango is from Plato's Stepchildren - they were actually forced to dance by psychokinetic powers in a classic case of Aliens Made Them Do It :D
