Neon Genesis Evangelion - Engel
Certain people on my Flist know this of old when it first came out. Old as hell, but sweet jesus people, THIS is how you do a music video. The attention to detail is fantastic. Long lost days of AMV 4tw.
Ninja Scrolls - Dragula
Another classic, if a bit heavy on the video effects...and again, this is why I cry at a lot of mvids punched out by the Movie Maker generation. Dudes. seriously. WATCH AND FUCKING LEARN The slow mo explosion followed by the high speed repeat is made of win.
Rurouni Kenshin - Tears
The end of this one is brilliant. Heavy on the seisouhen clips. You do kinda need to know the story to get the full impact, but fuck, from 04:00, you damned well get the image.. A firm fave
This may be because I'm an X-Japan nut. And the orchestral version of Tears is fucking brilliant
Missing is Hold me, thrill me, kiss me, kill me...an awesome Star Wreck: In the Pirkinning battle vid mixing footage from the b5 ep Severed Dreams that sadly appears to no longer be on youtube. If you find it, LET ME KNOW. Godly.

Watch it. Just..watch it. PERFECT CHOICE OF MUSIC FOR THE SHOW. I've been singing the song all damned day. I defy anyone not to start grinning once it really gets going :D
