We would like to know who really believes in gay rights on LiveJournal. There is no bribe of a miracle or anything like that. If you truly believe in gay rights, then repost this and title the post as "Gay Rights". If you don't believe in gay rights, then just ignore this. Thanks.
Eh, I'm of two minds of this....
I don't believe in special rights for gays. I don't believe in special rights for asians, or for women, or for blacks, or for anyone who shouldn't fucking need them. I loathe that whole affirmative action horseshit. It smacks of "you're not good enough to play with the white males, so here's a handicap for you" but I do believe in rights applicable to EVERYONE. The right to be who you are, love and be loved by whom you want, and to make your family of those you choose to spend your life with. Stop fucking around by "making concessions" and man up to an even playing field, you bastards.
