taleya | what am I?

Not really a soul-searchign question, just more idle curiosity

This was sparked by a post-hell smoko with a co-worker. She was recounting the story of how her ex (also works there) was so sure he had me pegged as a lesbian, then got sorely disappointed to find out he was dead wrong. "I was sure I had that one with that haircut!" (at the time I had it down to a #4, and was going to dye it purple, but never got around to it. Have grown it out since)

It amused me immensely, but then she made the remark that she'd given up trying to work out what I was (not in a sexual manner, minds out of the gutters please!) she'd get close, and then I'd do something that blew her theory right out the window.

So...what am I? I've been called a goth (in this tshirt?) a metal head, and in the same conversation had someone else profess extreme astonishment that I liked metal. Am I an emo fag? god I hope not. Certainly not a raver, although I like my doosh doosh on occasion. Am I a nerd? Alas, I fail the weight and smell requirements. I'm arrogant, I know that, but I can't help it, you all suck :P Am I a tomboy? I can be astonishingly feminine at times, as people who actually know me can say (Unfortunately family does not fit into this category, they're still playing parts to a version of me that died rather nastily a few years back. (People who know why know why that happened, those of you just tuning in can blow bubbles in the corner)

My political leanings? I think all parties live in fucked up little fantasy worlds that have no relation to reality. Am I an idealist? Possibly, but tempered massively by the fact I'm also a realist. Pessimist? I like to hope that things will work out all right in the end. Am I a hippie? Fuck that shit, but I have a huge respect for the environment and for ilfe - and for the fact that I have no right to take one, no matter what the size. We all know I'm insane.

Sooo...what's my social pigeon hole? anyone?
