I know it's not easy, but you have to keep reminding yourself that it really isn't you, and one hell of a lot of people like you for who you are and how you are. As for the rest? You are who you are, that's my point. You don't go out of your way to harm people - quite the opposite. You should not have to feel the need to tip-toe around. This comes from someone who has spent her entire life apologising for existing.
