You know the notorious longevity of my particular brand of weasel family. I thought it was bad enough with the bastards in the 1600's who lived well into their nineties.

But this? THIS TAKES THE FUCKING CAKE

Richard HAMERTON (1401 - 1480)

BY MY LOGIC THIS MEANS THAT I AM NEVER GOING TO DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Can I have some of your imortality? Men in my family are pretty much always dead by 50. Add that to my drinking, smoking, eating whatevs I want and spending way too much time staring and screens (computer, tv, video game, storm door...) I should be dead by...four years ago or something.

Dang. According to my recent family history, I'm going to hit my late 70s and then get cancer of somewhere untreatable.

Of course, that means that medical science has 40 years to cure cancer. Meaning I'll probably die of something else common that never got cured because everyone was too busy curing cancer.

mmm. Recent history (well, going back to age of 12): Cancer (most likely due to the fact he worked as a dry cleaner for aeons), extreme old age, half a dozen strokes. You know your family is kinda fucked when you knew your great-grandparents quite well, you're in your 30's (nearly 40 for older sister) and still have most of your grandparents, and when someone dies in their 70's comments are made about how "young" they were.
