so, I'm padding abuot the house being vaguely blargy now and antsy because I have at most one more week before I'm dragged back for more chemo. And as far as I'm concerned the whole business can go shit and fall back in it.

But there are a couple things I can't really complain about....

1) Restoration of my original hair colour.
After my first lot of chemo (different, and for different reasons) back in 2001, my hair changed colour markedly. It went from lovely honey golden coppery red to a darker copper auburn. Now it's going back to gold. o.O

2) Elimination of my allergies
This is one that has me seriously going wtf. It's killed my allergies. All of them. Dead. Gone. I no longer sneeze or cough around the ratties. I'm no longer lactose intolerant (and believe me, in the past week I've drunk about four litres of iced coffee Big M's, so I'd bloody know if I still was). The wattle out on the driveway? Makes me not so much as sniffle - and I've been hayfever allergic to those my entire fucking life.

I'll find a time I feel like vomiting and see if it applies to my orange allergy as well :D

That's the thing though - my neutropine levels are fine, meaning my immune system is back up to par. It's just all my allergy trips have gone *poof*

Have to say I'm loving it though. I used to be such a fiend for iced coffee Big M's, but the worsening allergy made me swear off them.

Weird, that allergies can apparently be turned on and off, just like that. It'd make for a pretty cool over-the-counter pill. "Take one of these and never be allergic to anything again!"
